Day 2: Delhi - City Tour
|
|
Start the day with a visit to Old Delhi, the 17th century walled city of royal Shahjehanabad. Visit the great Red Fort, Jama masjid & later walk through Chandi Chowk, the old marketplace of Shahajahanabad, now a picturesque bazaar.
Afternoon attention focuses on New Delhi; visit Qutab Minar dominated by the 234-foot Victory Tower, Humayun's Tomb. We are driven down the spectacular Rajpath passing the triumphant House of Parliament, Diplomatic Enclave, President's House & India gate.

| Day 3: Delhi - Varanasi |
|
Morning board the flight to Varanasi. Arrive Varanasi & transfer to hotel. Afternoon explore the religious city of Varanasi. Return to hotel.

| Day 4: In Agra Day 4: Varanasi - Khajuraho |
Early morning boat cruises in river Ganges. Breakfast. Later take an excursion to the city of Sarnath where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Return in time to board flight to Khajuraho On arrival in Khajuraho, transfer assistance to help check in to hotel.

| Today start exploring the exotic & erotic temples of Khajuraho. Afternoon at leisure for individual activities. |

| Day 6: Khajuraho- Jhansi- Agra |
Early this morning take a visit to THE PANNA NATIONAL PARK, famous for tigers. Later to Jhansi (175 kms- 4 hrs) Via Orcha for Lunch & sightseeing. Arrive Jhansi & transfer to railway station to connect Shatabdi Exp for Agra at 1756 hrs. Arrive Agra at 2025 hrs & transfer to hotel

| Day 7: Agra |
| Today City tour of Agra includes a visit to 16th-century Agra Fort, Experiencing the magnificent monument to Eternal Poetry of love, the Taj Mahal & Sikandra. Evening at Leisure for individual activities. |

| Day 8: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur |

Morning drive to Jaipur, stop Enroute to visit the abandoned Mughal city of Fatehpur Sikri. Further drive to Jaipur, arrive & check into Hotel. |

| Day 9: Jaipur - City Tour |
|
Morning's excursion will take us to the AMBER FORT. Enjoy a unique experience of riding a caparisoned elephant from the foothills of the ramparts of the ancient fort (Subject to availability). Afternoon proceed for city tour visiting the Hawa Mahal or "Palace of Winds," Jaipur's central landmark, City Palace, characterized by balconies, tiny windows, cupolas, courtyards & arched entrances & Maharajah's observatory, originally built in the city's early years, first appears as a collection of abstract sculptures, but is in fact a collection of the huge masonry instruments for studying the movement of constellations & stars. |

| Day 10: Jaipur- Udaipur |

Morning transfer to airport to connect Jetairways flight at 0715 hrs. Udaipur One of the most romantic cities in Rajasthan, is also known as the city of lakes. The marble palaces, beautifully laid out gardens & the lakes make Udaipur seem almost like a mirage in the desert. Arrive Udaipur at 0810 hrs & transfer to Hotel. Later proceed for half day city tour of Udaipur visiting the Sahelion ki Bari, Fatehsagar Lake and City Palace.

Morning excursion to Nagda & Eklingji temples. Afternoon back to Udaipur. Evening enjoy boat ride on Lake Pichola. |
